I knew it. I knew I’m no good. I can’t change. I can’t. No matter how hard I try, or how much Humberto wants me to, or how much I want to, I just CAN’T.

I went out alone tonight. Humberto was tired from work and felt like staying in. And I should have stayed with him. But I didn’t. Because I’m a fucking screwup.

Miguel and Natalia barely call me anymore. Say I’m “boring” now that I’m hanging out with Humberto so much. And I guess I can’t blame them for feeling that way…

Still, it sure felt lonely tonight at that bar without them.

I don’t know why I felt so bad about it after. I mean, Humberto’s not my boyfriend. We aren’t exclusive. We aren’t… anything, really. No matter what he seems to think. And no matter how much I want it.

I hadn’t been with anyone else but him in weeks. I thought I could be good. I thought I could change for him. But tonight just proves it. I can’t. I’m a slut. That’s who I am.

  1. Soooo…this proves she is addicted, I am if Humberto cant cure you…well then you need to get professional help. PS how do you do the journal writing in TS4 once they are adults?

    1. Yup. She’s literally a sex addict, unfortunately. Whenever she is feeling sad and lonely (aka all the time) she “needs” the sex to feel better. And with Humberto unavailable that night and her feeling lonely at the bar… Yeah. :-/

      And as for the journal, it is cc I downloaded ^_^ I don’t remember where from though 😛 Just be careful — if they leave the desk, they bring the journal with them and end up READING it rather than writing in it. They’ll only write if they are seated at a desk with it. And if a more comfortable chair is available, they will get up and take the journal there instead. It’s kind of annoying sometimes hehe but it’s very useful cc (when the simmies decide to cooperate, that is :P)

    1. Thanks Spottydog! And yes, Mari has a hard time separating her behavior and her identity. She thinks her actions define her. She needs to learn that you can be a good person and still make mistakes. *shakes head sadly*

  3. Oh no, Mari! you could have done it…. booo. Now I am sad. I wonder what Humberto will say or if she will ever tell him. Maybe she’ll just leave, that does sound like her… just never call him again.

    1. LOL! Are you talking literally in-game, or in the story? 😉 Hehehe. Game-Mari has only slept with the people we’ve SEEN her sleep with in the story. So that’s… *counts* 5? Hahaha but story-Mari has probably banged about half of Windenburg (and probably some tourists too!). So sad 😦
